The Keysight/Agilent/HP 5060-3386 is a standard DC module connector rated for 16A applications within the 66000 series modular power system. This connector integrates into the 66000A mainframe - which accommodates up to eight DC power modules - to supply bias power and stimulus to subassemblies and final products. The connector features screw terminals for load connections, dedicated sense terminals for remote voltage sensing, and a ground terminal for signal-ground applications. It supports both local and remote sensing modes via a selectable switch, allowing voltage regulation either at the connector or directly at the load. Hot-swap capability permits module installation and removal without disturbing connected wiring, streamlining test-system assembly and maintenance in ATE and production test environments.
