Your rights under California law

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give California residents the following rights regarding their personal information held by businesses:

Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as information needed to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale
You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information. Aumictech does not sell personal information, so this right does not require action — but we honor it by policy.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account details, biometric data, health information, precise geolocation, or immigration status).
