Non-discrimination in hiring

All hiring decisions at Aumictech LLC are based solely on job-related qualifications, including education, training, experience, and demonstrated skills. We recruit, interview, and hire based on ability to perform the duties of the position.

Job postings describe the genuine requirements of the position. We do not include requirements that screen out protected classes unless they are essential to the job function and cannot be reasonably accommodated.

Reasonable accommodation

Aumictech LLC will provide reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities in the application and employment process, and for employees whose sincerely held religious beliefs or practices conflict with a work requirement, unless doing so would cause undue hardship to the business.

To request an accommodation, contact us at sales@aumictech.com or +1 (484) 841-9341. Requests will be handled confidentially.

Veteran and military service member protections

Aumictech LLC complies with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). We do not discriminate against applicants or employees because of their military or veteran status. We actively welcome applications from veterans and transitioning service members. Technical backgrounds in military electronics, communications, and test and measurement are directly relevant to our work.
