The Crouzet 84060001 is a solid-state relay accessory module that mounts directly onto standard puck-style SSRs to provide advanced error detection and diagnostic feedback. It supplies both electrical and visual alarm signals when faults occur in the controlled circuit or host relay, enabling rapid system troubleshooting. The module operates with DC input G and GA5 Series SSRs and delivers 4000 VAC optical isolation between input and output circuits.
