The Keysight DSOV164A Infiniium V-Series oscilloscope delivers 16 GHz analog bandwidth across four channels, enabling precise capture and analysis of high-speed signals in demanding laboratory and field environments. Built for signal integrity analysis, serial bus testing, and RF signal characterization, this instrument combines 80 GSa/s sample rate with up to 2 Gpts acquisition memory to resolve complex transient behavior. The 12.1" capacitive touch display and Infiniium interface support intuitive gesture-based control and simultaneous multi-window analysis across up to 128 viewing spaces.
