The Acromag IP220 is a 12-bit D/A analog output module in the Industry Pack form factor. It outputs analog voltage signals across 8 or 16 independent channels and installs into any ANSI/VITA 4-1995 compliant IP carrier card. In a four-slot carrier, you can pull 64 analog voltage outputs from a single card cage slot using four IP220 modules, which is why it shows up in high-channel-count ATE, motion control, and process simulation racks.
