The Keysight UXR0404AP is a 40 GHz real-time oscilloscope built for signal integrity measurement and high-speed digital characterization. This 4-channel instrument delivers 256 GSa/s sample rate across all channels with up to 2 Gpts memory per channel, enabling extended capture windows for complex signal analysis. The 10-bit ADC achieves noise performance of 2.2 mVrms at 50 mV/div and maximum bandwidth, with effective resolution reaching 16 bits through averaging.
