The Keysight DSAX93304Q Infiniium is a 33 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for high-speed signal characterization across demanding applications. Native 33 GHz bandwidth on four channels scales to 63 GHz on two channels with upgrade. Sample rates reach 160 GSa/s on two channels or 80 GSa/s across four channels, paired with maximum 2 Gpts memory depth for extended capture windows.

The instrument delivers 8-bit vertical resolution with ≥12 bits via averaging, ±2% DC gain accuracy, and ±4 div dynamic range. Its 50 Ω input impedance handles ±5 V maximum steady-state and transient signals with 1 mV/div to 1 V/div sensitivity.
