The LeCroy 44XS-A is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 400 MHz bandwidth and up to 5 GS/s interleaved sampling for precise signal acquisition and analysis. Engineered for electronics engineers and technicians, this instrument combines high-resolution waveform capture with advanced triggering and mathematical analysis capabilities. The 10.4" color touchscreen display, coupled with WaveStream™ fast viewing mode, renders signals with intensity grading to reveal jitter and signal anomalies.
