The Keysight N5225BT Signal Integrity Evaluation is a 50 GHz PNA-X network analyzer bundle engineered for signal integrity characterization of high-speed digital and microwave components. This turnkey solution integrates the N5225B core analyzer with specialized application software, calibration hardware, and test accessories to accelerate development and validation of cables, backplanes, PCBs, connectors, and BGA packages. The instrument delivers 123 dB dynamic range at 45 GHz and 0.003 dB RMS trace noise, enabling precise measurement of complex S-parameters and time-domain reflectometry in semiconductor, telecommunications, and mixed-signal applications.

The bundle includes N19301B application suite modules, N4693D ECal calibration module, and four 2.4 mm test cables for immediate field deployment.
