The Keysight UXR0134A is a real-time oscilloscope delivering 13 GHz of bandwidth across four full-bandwidth channels. Built on the Infiniium UXR-Series platform, this instrument combines a 10-bit ADC with 128 GSa/s sample rate on all channels and up to 2 Gpts of memory per channel to capture complex high-speed signals with exceptional fidelity. The architecture supports full bandwidth and channel upgradability extending to 110 GHz, enabling adaptation to evolving measurement requirements.

Ultra-low noise and jitter specifications - less than 1 mVrms noise floor at 110 GHz and intrinsic jitter below 25 fs (rms) - ensure superior signal integrity for device development.
