The Keysight UXR0254A Infiniium UXR-Series is a four-channel real-time oscilloscope delivering 25 GHz bandwidth, upgradable to 110 GHz, for precision capture and analysis of complex, high-speed signals. Built on a 10-bit ADC architecture with 128 GSa/s sample rate across all channels and up to 2 Gpts memory depth, the instrument combines ultra-low noise (< 1 mVrms) with < 25 fs jitter for signal fidelity in demanding measurement environments. The UXR0254A supports hardware-triggered pulse detection at 50 ps minimum width, edge triggering across full acquisition bandwidth, and 1 div p-p trigger sensitivity.

AutoProbe II connectivity enables integration with existing InfiniiMax probe ecosystems, including voltage, current, and optical solutions. On-site self-calibration via optional calibration module and PathWave Calibration Advisor software streamlines maintenance workflows. Embedded and low-speed protocol decode/trigger options
