The Keysight UXR0594AP is a real-time oscilloscope built for precision measurement of high-frequency signals in demanding RF, digital, and communications applications. Bandwidth is upgradeable to 110 GHz with optional Digital Down Conversion (up to 2.16 GHz) and Real-Time Spectrum Analysis (up to 320 MHz). The platform supports full channel and bandwidth upgradeability, 1 mm ruggedized connectors with AutoProbe III interface, and advanced triggering including high-speed clock recovery and frequency mass triggering.
