The Keysight 10076C is a 100:1 passive probe engineered for high-voltage measurements up to 3.7 kV peak in demanding test environments. Operating across 500 MHz bandwidth with <0.7 ns risetime, it captures fast transients and high-frequency signal detail while maintaining measurement accuracy on power electronics and industrial circuits. The probe's 100 MΩ input impedance and ~3 pF capacitance minimize circuit loading.

A 1.8 m cable with BNC connector and integrated wear indicator ensures safe, reliable deployment in field and lab settings.
