The Agilent/Keysight 6674A is a 2000-watt single-output DC power supply engineered for test and measurement applications demanding stable, reliable power delivery. It delivers 0–60 V and 0–35 A with exceptional programming accuracy and ultra-low ripple and noise, making it ideal for precision circuit testing, component characterization, and automated test systems.

Output: 0–60 V, 0–35 A (at 40°C). Programming accuracy: ±0.04% + 60 mV (voltage) and ±0.1% + 25 mA (current) at 25°C ±5°C. Ripple and noise (20 Hz to 20 MHz) measures 1.25 mV RMS / 11 mV peak-to-peak for voltage, and 25 mA RMS for current. Autoranging operation supported. Input: Operates on 200–230 VAC or 174–220 VAC (47–63 Hz) depending on configuration. Japan-specific 174–220 VAC option available. Operating temperature range per product manual. Interface: GPIB with SCPI programming support. Analog control for voltage and current. Serial link enables connection of up to 16 supplies at a single GPIB address.
