The Keysight B2962A is a dual-channel, 6.5-digit low-noise power source engineered for precision characterization of noise-sensitive devices and complex test scenarios. It delivers exceptional resolution - 100 nV and 10 fA - across bipolar output ranges reaching ±210 V DC and ±3.03 A DC, with pulsed capability to ±10.5 A. Four-quadrant operation enables both sourcing and sinking, while the optional ultra-low noise filter achieves 10 μVrms and 1 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz.
