This two-channel instrument combines digital oscilloscope capabilities with configurable mixed-signal analysis, supporting simultaneous observation of analog and digital signals. The DLM2022 delivers up to 2.5 GS/s sampling with deep memory architecture - standard 62.5 Mpts expandable to 250 Mpts with optional modules - enabling detailed waveform capture and extended measurement windows.
