The Agilent/Keysight N5247A PNA-X is a microwave network analyzer spanning 10 MHz to 67 GHz, integrating signal source, test set, and analyzer into a single platform. It delivers 140 dB dynamic range at 10 GHz and 115 dB at 67 GHz, with trace noise of 0.001 dB RMS at 10 GHz and 0.004 dB RMS at 67 GHz. The instrument supports up to 16 independent measurement channels and 16 traces per channel, enabling S-parameters, gain compression, large-signal S-parameters, nonlinear transfer functions, intermodulation distortion, harmonic and spurious measurements, noise figure analysis, and time domain characterization.
