The Keysight N7001A InfiniiMax III+ Series Probe Amplifier delivers 13 GHz bandwidth for high-speed differential bus probing. InfiniiMode technology enables simultaneous measurement of differential, single-ended (A or B), and common-mode signal components through a single probe connection, eliminating the need for multiple connections. Each amplifier is loaded with measured S-parameters that combine with probe head S-parameters to flatten magnitude and phase response, delivering superior AC correction and measurement fidelity.
