Keysight UXR0402A 40GHz, Real-Time Oscilloscope

The Keysight UXR0402A is a 40 GHz real-time oscilloscope built for high-speed signal analysis in demanding test environments. This 2-channel instrument delivers 256 GSa/s sample rate per channel, 10-bit ADC resolution, and up to 2 Gpts memory depth to capture complex signals with exceptional detail. The UXR0402A upgrades to 110 GHz, extending its reach into emerging mmWave and optical coherence applications.

With intrinsic jitter below 25 fs (rms) and inter-channel jitter below 10 fs (rms), It has the timing accuracy required for precision measurements. Rise and fall times of 11.0 ps (10–90%) and 7.8 ps (20–80%) resolve fine signal details, while vertical noise floors below 1 mVrms ensure clean acquisition even at maximum bandwidth.
