The Rohde & Schwarz RTB2002 is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 100 MHz bandwidth and 1.25 Gsample/s per-channel sampling for embedded systems development, laboratory research, and field service work. Its 10-bit A/D converter provides four times the vertical resolution of conventional 8-bit instruments, ensuring sharper waveforms and finer signal detail across the 1 mV/div to 5 V/div input range. The 10.1-inch WXGA capacitive touchscreen (1280 × 800 pixels) enables smartphone-like gesture navigation and intuitive control.

Standard memory depth reaches 10 Msample per channel, expandable to 20 Msample interleaved. With the optional RTB-K15 History & Segmented Memory module, capture extends to 160 Msample with over 13,000 segments - essential for long-duration protocol analysis and transient logging. The waveform capture rate exceeds 50,000 waveforms/s, supporting high-speed signal characterization.
