The Keysight UXR0592AP is a 59 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for high-speed digital design, wireless communication, and signal integrity analysis. This Infiniium UXR-Series instrument delivers 256 GSa/s sampling across all channels with 10-bit ADC resolution and up to 2 Gpts of memory, enabling capture and analysis of complex waveforms with exceptional fidelity. The UXR0592AP features ultra-low noise performance - 1 mVrms noise floor and less than 25 fsrms intrinsic jitter - paired with ENOB across all supported bandwidths.

Two full-bandwidth channels with 1 mm connectors provide the foundation for multi-channel measurement capability, with upgrade paths to 4 channels and 110 GHz bandwidth to match evolving test requirements.
