LeCroy 354A Digital Oscilloscope 500MHz, 4 Channel

The LeCroy 354A is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 500 MHz bandwidth and real-time sample rates up to 2 GS/s (interleaved) or 1 GS/s across all channels. Equivalent time sampling extends capability to 100 GS/s for transient and repetitive signal analysis. With 8-bit vertical resolution, 2 mV/div to 10 V/div sensitivity, and up to 500 kpts per channel memory, it captures extended waveforms suitable for low-frequency monitoring and fast-edge detection in circuit testing and signal integrity applications.
