The Keysight UXR1004A Infiniium UXR-Series is a real-time oscilloscope engineered for demanding signal analysis in advanced research and development. This instrument captures high-speed signals with 100 GHz bandwidth (upgradable to 110 GHz) across four full-bandwidth channels, each delivering 256 GSa/s sample rate and up to 2 Gpts of memory depth. Built on Indium Phosphide (InP) process technology, the UXR1004A achieves ultra-low noise performance and exceptional signal fidelity.
