Agilent/Keysight 10462A

The Agilent/Keysight 10462A is an eight-channel 3-state TTL/CMOS data pod engineered for the 1670G Series pattern generator (Option 004). Each pod delivers precise digital signal generation and control across eight output channels, supporting clock synchronization and multi-pod expansion configurations. The 10462A operates at clock frequencies up to 100 MHz with minimal signal skew, making it suitable for digital pattern generation, device characterization, and timing-critical test applications.
