The Agilent/Keysight 85108L is a factory-integrated pulsed-RF network analyzer system that extends the 8510C network analyzer capabilities for precise microwave and RF characterization. It delivers high-power pulsed measurements on wafer and in-fixture devices with low duty cycles, combining pulse profile analysis, dynamic device behavior tracking, and broadband S-parameter measurements in a single integrated platform.
