The Agilent/Keysight 8621B is a synthesized sweep signal generator delivering precise RF and microwave signal generation from 45 MHz to 20 GHz with 1 Hz frequency resolution. Purpose-built for integration with Agilent 8510 systems, this instrument combines the accuracy of a synthesized source with sweep oscillator speed, making it suited for legacy test configurations and specialized measurement requirements.

Frequency Coverage: 45 MHz to 20 GHz with 1 Hz resolution. Output Power: Maximum calibrated output reaches +13 dBm across the full range. Minimum settable output is –20 dBm (standard) or –110 dBm with Option 001. Power resolution is 0.02 dB. Spectral Purity: Harmonics suppress to < –50 dBc below 26.5 GHz. Subharmonics remain below –50 dBc between 7 GHz and 20 GHz. Nonharmonically related spurious signals achieve < –60 dBc from 10 MHz to 20 GHz.
