The Anritsu MS9020B Optical Loss Test Set combines light source and optical power meter functionality in a single modular platform for field-deployable fiber optic network testing. This plug-in instrument measures optical loss up to 67 dB using LD sources, optical return loss from 0 to 40 dB in the 1.3 µm band, and absolute optical power across 0.66, 0.85, 1.3, and 1.55 µm wavelengths. The MS9020B supports continuous wave and modulated output at 270 Hz, 1 kHz, and 2 kHz, with exchangeable light source and sensor modules enabling rapid configuration changes in the field.
