The Keysight MSOX3104G is a mixed-signal oscilloscope that integrates seven instruments into a single platform for electronic design, test, and debugging. It combines a 1 GHz oscilloscope with 4 analog and 16 digital channels, a protocol analyzer, frequency response analyzer, 20 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, digital voltmeter, and counter/totalizer. The 1,000,000 waveform/sec update rate delivers real-time signal capture and analysis with 5 GSa/s maximum sample rate and 4 Mpts memory depth.
