The Keysight MSOX3104A is a 1 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope integrating oscilloscope, digital logic analyzer, arbitrary/function generator, voltmeter, and counter into a single instrument. Built on the InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series platform, it delivers 5 GSa/s sampling across 4 analog and 16 digital channels with up to 4 Mpts of memory and waveform update rates to 1,000,000 wfms/s. The 8.5-inch WVGA display and MegaZoom IV smart memory technology enable reliable capture and analysis of transient and low-probability events in complex mixed-signal designs.
