The Keysight N2750A InfiniiMode Active Differential Probe delivers 1.5 GHz bandwidth for high-speed digital and analog signal characterization. This probe measures differential, single-ended, and common-mode signals simultaneously without changing probe connections, streamlining debug workflows. AutoProbe interface integration enables automatic configuration and power delivery on compatible Keysight oscilloscopes, eliminating manual setup overhead.
