Agilent/Keysight N2793A

The Agilent/Keysight N2793A is an 800 MHz differential probe for high-voltage measurements across power electronics, automotive systems, and digital designs. It delivers a 10:1 attenuation ratio and connects directly to oscilloscopes equipped with 50Ω BNC inputs. The probe measures differential voltages to ±15 V while rejecting common-mode signals up to ±30 V, making it ideal for noisy automotive and industrial environments.

Powered by USB or an internal 9V battery, the N2793A presents minimal circuit loading with 200 kΩ input resistance and 1 pF input capacitance. A built-in DC blocking capacitor removes unwanted DC offsets without additional components.
