The Keysight N2795A is a 1 GHz single-ended active probe engineered for high-speed signal measurements across digital design, component characterization, and research applications. It delivers minimal loading on the Device Under Test through 1 MΩ input resistance and 1 pF input capacitance. The probe accepts input signals from -8 V to +8 V (DC or peak AC) with an offset range of ±8 V, accommodating diverse measurement scenarios.

Non-destructive overvoltage protection extends to ±20 V.
