The Keysight N6977A Advanced Power System is a single-channel DC power supply engineered for high-speed automated test equipment applications. Built on Keysight's VersaPower architecture, it delivers 0–160 VDC at 0–12.5 ADC with 2 kW maximum power, featuring transient settling times of 100 µs and command processing under 2 ms. The N6977A achieves test speeds up to 100× faster than standard power supplies while maintaining ±0.03% + 24 mV programming accuracy and ±0.1% + 4 mA measurement accuracy across 18-bit resolution.


Output ripple and noise are specified at <9 mVpp with 3 mV rms performance.
