The EXFO PM-1100 is an optical power meter engineered for precision measurements across fiber optic installations and component characterization. It performs absolute power quantification in dBm or W, insertion loss assessment in dB or W/W, linearity verification, system monitoring, and source stability measurement. The instrument features a Germanium (Ge) detector optimized for the 750 nm to 1700 nm wavelength range, delivering power measurement capability from +25 dBm to -75 dBm with ±5% absolute uncertainty and ±0.015 dB linearity.
