The Keysight UXR0504A is a real-time oscilloscope engineered for signal integrity analysis across high-speed digital, serial, and RF applications. This four-channel instrument delivers 50 GHz warranted bandwidth with a 10-bit ADC, 256 GSa/s sample rate on all channels, and up to 2 Gpts memory depth for detailed waveform capture and analysis. Intrinsic jitter performance of less than 25 fs (rms) and inter-channel jitter below 10 fs (rms) ensure measurement fidelity.

The platform supports bandwidth upgradeability to 110 GHz, extending operational relevance as design demands evolve.
