The Keysight UXR0592A is a real-time oscilloscope purpose-built for signal integrity and complex waveform analysis. Delivering 59 GHz warranted bandwidth across 2 full-bandwidth channels with 256 GSa/s sampling and up to 2 Gpts memory per channel, it captures high-speed transient phenomena with exceptional fidelity. The instrument employs 10-bit ADC resolution and time-interleaved sampling architecture supporting full-bandwidth operation to 110 GHz via upgrade.

An ultra-low noise front-end and AutoProbe II interface enable seamless integration with InfiniiMax RC, III, and III+ probing ecosystems.

Requires minimum 203 mm (8 inches) rear clearance for airflow and proper grounding on 15 A or higher rated outlets.
