The Keysight (Agilent) DP0012A is a 1 GHz differential active probe designed to capture high-speed differential signals with minimal circuit loading. High input impedance (1.7 MΩ differential) and low input capacitance (1.5 pF) preserve signal integrity in critical measurements. The probe delivers 415 ps rise time and excellent common-mode rejection, making it essential for high-speed digital and analog characterization, motor drive analysis, automotive differential bus measurements, and power-related applications.
Auto-attenuation ranges (17:1 and 85:1) automatically scale measurement sensitivity based on oscilloscope vertical settings, while a ±60 V offset range accommodates signals across wide DC bias levels. The 1.3 meter cable and AutoProbe1 interface integrate with Keysight oscilloscopes across multiple series.
