Anritsu MU181500B – Jitter Modulation Source Module

The Anritsu MU181500B is a jitter modulation source module designed as a plug-in for Anritsu Signal Quality Analyzer mainframes. It generates and modulates multiple jitter types

Sinusoidal Jitter (SJ), Random Jitter (RJ), Bounded Uncorrelated Jitter (BUJ), Spread Spectrum Clock (SSC), and external jitter - to enable comprehensive jitter tolerance testing of high-speed digital communication devices. The module injects controlled jitter into clock signals across the 800 MHz to 15 GHz range with an intrinsic jitter floor of less than 350 fs rms, supporting both single and dual-tone modulation for advanced characterization.
