Keysight (Agilent) 214B Pulse Generator

The Keysight (Agilent) 214B Pulse Generator delivers high-power pulse signals with precise parameter control across demanding test, research, and development applications. Built on VMOS FET output amplifier technology, it generates fast-rise-time pulses to 100 V with repetition rates spanning 10 Hz to 10 MHz and pulse widths down to 25 ns. The instrument provides calibrated adjustment of repetition rate, pulse width, amplitude, and delay/advance functions, supported by Constant Duty Cycle (CDC) mode for device protection and integrated overload safeguards.
