The module extracts clock signals from optical data streams and regenerates trigger signals, delivering intrinsic jitter performance of 90 fs rms across its measurement bandwidth. With optical bandwidth up to 120 GHz, the N1032B addresses test requirements for 112 GBd (224 Gbps) optical signals and supports data rates spanning 33.3 GBd to 195 GBd.
