The Keysight N2871A is a 10:1 passive probe engineered for general-purpose measurements on oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ inputs. Delivering 200 MHz bandwidth with minimal circuit loading, it combines a 10 MΩ input resistance and 9.5 pF input capacitance to preserve signal integrity during probing. The compact 2.5 mm probe head enables access to densely populated IC components, while interchangeable tip options - rigid and spring-loaded variants - accommodate various measurement scenarios.

A complete accessory kit including IC caps (0.5 mm to 1.27 mm pitch), ground blade with copper pads, and 15 cm ground lead addresses both standard and specialized probing needs.
