Advantest R5362B Frequency counter

The Advantest R5362B is a dual-channel frequency counter engineered for precise frequency, period, and time interval measurements across telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, and R&D environments. Channel 1 covers 60 mHz to 3 GHz with 10 mV sensitivity and 50 Ω input impedance; Channel 2 extends from 200 Hz to 100 MHz with 1 MΩ input impedance. Both channels accept 10 mV signals with AC coupling.

The instrument delivers 9-digit resolution at 1-second gate time and completes measurements in 0.08 s cycles.
