The Amplifier Research 30W1000M7 is a solid-state, air-cooled broadband RF amplifier engineered for laboratory testing and measurement applications. Operating across 25 MHz to 1000 MHz, it delivers a minimum of 30 watts CW output power with 45 dB typical gain and continuous front-panel gain adjustment. Push-pull circuitry in high-power stages minimizes distortion and ensures stability.

The unit accepts 0 dBm maximum input, maintains 50-ohm input and output impedance, and reproduces AM, FM, and pulse modulation without degradation. Automatic leveling and input protection circuits prevent overdrive shutdowns. The amplifier operates without damage across any load impedance magnitude and phase.
