Agilent/Keysight MX0021A

The Agilent/Keysight MX0021A is a 13 GHz bandwidth probe amplifier engineered for high-speed signal acquisition on demanding test benches. Built on RC input impedance architecture, it delivers exceptionally low loading and minimal signal distortion across a wide frequency range, making it ideal for probing small devices and complex high-speed technologies such as DDR and MIPI standards. The probe amplifier supports InfiniiMode, enabling differential, single-ended (A and B), and common mode measurements from a single probe tip without connection changes.

Three attenuation ratios - 1:1, 4:1, and 8:1 - automatically configure based on signal size and oscilloscope vertical scale, providing input dynamic ranges of 600 mVpp (1:1), 2.5 Vpp (4:1), and 5 Vpp (8:1).
