The Agilent/Keysight MX0023A is a 25 GHz InfiniiMax RC probe amplifier engineered for high-bandwidth measurements in modern high-speed digital interfaces. Built on proprietary ASIC technology with RC input impedance architecture, it delivers superior signal fidelity and low noise performance. The amplifier features auto-switchable 1:1 and 4:1 attenuation, enabling dynamic range selection across measurement scenarios, and integrates probe-specific S-parameter correction filtering for flat frequency response across the full bandwidth.

Compatible probe heads include MX0100A (25 GHz), MX0106A (23 GHz solder-in), MX0105A (20 GHz SMA), N2839A (21 GHz browser), N5425B (18 GHz ZIF), and E2677B differential solder-in. System bandwidth is limited by the lesser of amplifier or probe head bandwidth.
