The Keithley 7164 is a 20-channel scanner module card designed for integration into Keithley switch systems. It has modular signal routing and switching capability for automated test and data acquisition applications. The 7164 uses 2-pole Form A relay architecture with common guard/shield connections, available in dry reed (7164-D) or mercury wetted reed (7164-M) configurations.
