The Yokogawa DLM2052 is a 500 MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope engineered for simultaneous analog and digital signal acquisition in embedded systems development, validation, and debugging workflows. This 2-channel instrument delivers 2.5 GS/s sampling performance with up to 250 Mpoints of waveform memory, supporting long-duration captures and historical waveform analysis. Optional 8-bit logic input converts the instrument into a full mixed-signal platform, enabling observation of up to 11 concurrent signals - 3 analog channels plus 8 logic inputs.


The 8.4-inch XGA display (1024 × 768) provides intuitive waveform visualization across compact bench footprint measuring 226 mm × 293 mm × 193 mm.
