Agilent/Keysight EXR608A

The Keysight EXR608A is an 8-channel mixed-signal oscilloscope delivering 6 GHz bandwidth and 16 GSa/s sample rate simultaneously across all analog channels. Built on a 100M+ gate CMOS ASIC architecture, it combines oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency counter, frequency response analyzer, and arbitrary waveform generator into a single instrument. The EXR608A captures complex transients and modulated signals with 10-bit vertical resolution (up to 16 bits in high-resolution mode), 43 µV noise floor, and ENOB up to 9.0 bits.

Standard memory depth of 100 Mpts per channel expands to 400 Mpts or 1.6 Gpts maximum, enabling segmented capture of over 100,000 post-trigger events and review of up to 1,024 previous trigger events via History Mode.
