The Keysight U2722A is a three-channel USB modular source measure unit (SMU) delivering precision voltage and current sourcing with four-quadrant operation. This compact instrument sources and measures voltage from −20 V to +20 V and current from −120 mA to +120 mA per channel, with measurement sensitivity down to nanoampere levels and 100 pA resolution. Channels can be configured in series or parallel to reach 60 V or 360 mA, making it suitable for I-V characterization of semiconductors, battery testing, and LED validation.
The U2722A operates standalone or integrates into the U2781A modular chassis for synchronized, scalable multi-channel testing.
